- Open Monday-Friday 9 am – 5 pm, with after hours access available by appointment.
- Provides connection and referral to basic needs such as shelter, food, and the resources. Youth participate in case management and peer support.
- Serves unaccompanied homeless youth ages 18-24.
- HYGEH BEAR Navigation Team

- Currently hiring and training staff for this team. Once operational, team will be available Monday-Friday 8 am – 5 pm, with after hours access available by appointment. Offices at the DOBEY Drop-In Center.
- Mobile case management and peer support team that conducts street outreach to identify youth experiencing housing instability. Assists in navigating youth to services.
- Serves unaccompanied homeless youth under the age of 25.
- HOTTCHY Crisis Transitional Housing

- Open 24 hours. Housed within the Chase House of HOTBHN.
- Transitional housing that provides a safe, inclusive environment for youth to stay while working on stabilizing their housing insecurity. Youth participate in case management and peer support.
- Program has three beds dedicated to serving unaccompanied homeless youth ages 16-17.
- Referrals – Youth enter the Runaway and Homeless Youth Safety Net Emergency Shelter at Chase House and referrals into the program are pulled from the Safety Net Program.

- Housing navigation and rental assistance that assists young adults with obtaining and maintaining their own housing within the community.
- Serves unaccompanied homeless youth ages 18-24.

- Referrals – STARRSKYE pulls referrals from Heart to Home. Heart to Home assessments can be completed by calling 254-297-8929 or completed in person at the DOBEY Drop-In Center or by the HYGEH BEAR Navigation Team.

- Housing navigation and rental assistance for youth fleeing unsafe situations such as domestic violence, human trafficking, dating violence, stalking, or any other situation that the youth feels unsafe in.
- Serves unaccompanied homeless youth ages 18-24.
- Referrals – please call Family Abuse Center at 1-800-283-8401 to be assessed for housing resources.
Youth Action Board
The Youth Action Board is a team of youth and young adults with lived experience of homelessness or housing instability who have a desire to end youth homelessness in Bosque, Falls, Freestone, Hill, Limestone, and McLennan Counties.
