Meet Nicole Wiscombe

Nicole Wiscombe started working with the Heart of Texas Homeless Coalition when she was hired by the City of Waco as the Continuum of Care Administrator in June of 2017, and we are lucky to have her on the team.

Our Mission:

To foster community awareness of the issues of homelessness and support a coordinated network of services for all homeless individuals in Bosque, Falls, Freestone, Hill, Limestone, and McLennan Counties.

Our Vision:

A day when there are no gaps in available services to homeless individuals. The coalition is committed to developing a seamless continuum of care model that will provide all homeless individuals an opportunity to access needed services.
